Restricted Professions


Even if your profession is restricted, we can still help you with your VISA in specific fields of specializations that are still open.

MEDICAL VISITOR, which does not appear on the list below, because as in many countries, it is not a profession but a trade. Here in Panama, Law 24 of 1963, establishes in its article 35 that only Panamanian professionals with degrees in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, chemists, biochemists and graduates in Medical Sciences may act as medical visitors, so that foreigners and even non-graduated nationals in these careers are excluded in this way.

Laboratoristas.
Public relations.
Speech Therapy, Therapists and the like
Economy.
Social work.
Veterinary Medicine.
Physiotherapy.
Medical Radiology.
Law.
Dental assistant.
Sociology.
Chemistry.

Education in the following mentions: History, Geography and Civic mention. (The rest of the mentions are allowed).

Engineering: Civil, Chemical and Forestry are not allowed, the rest are allowed.
